QRBatch ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information qrbatch.com collects, why we use it, when it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

By using QRBatch, you acknowledge the practices described in this policy. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information as QR code content unless it is necessary and you are authorized to do so.

1. Information We Collect

Account information

When you register or sign in, we process your email address, password in protected form, verification status, authentication tokens, and account or subscription status. If you use Google Sign-In, we receive the account information Google makes available to us, such as your email address and basic profile identifiers.

QR code and uploaded content

We process the text, URLs, contact details, files, images, logos, spreadsheet data, templates, and settings you provide to generate QR codes, barcodes, labels, posters, vCards, dynamic links, or other requested output.

Usage and transaction information

We may collect generation counts, feature activity, IP address, browser or device information, timestamps, diagnostic logs, support messages, order identifiers, selected plans, payment status, and billing email. Full card or wallet credentials are handled by the relevant payment provider and are not stored by QRBatch.

2. How We Use Information

3. QR Content and Public Features

Temporary inputs may be removed after processing or during routine cleanup. Features that must remain available, including dynamic QR codes, hosted files, web QR pages, vCards, saved projects, and account history, require us to retain related content while the feature or account remains active.

Content published through a dynamic or hosted QR destination may be accessible to anyone who has its URL or code. You are responsible for having permission to submit and publish personal data belonging to other people.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

QRBatch uses browser storage and similar technologies to maintain sign-in, remember settings, preserve generation or print tasks, measure site use, and improve reliability. You can clear or block these technologies in your browser, but some functions may stop working.

Google services, including Google Sign-In and Google Tag Manager or analytics tools, may also process device, usage, and cookie information under their own policies.

5. When Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We may share only the information needed with service providers that support hosting, email, analytics, authentication, customer support, and payments. Payment options may include PayPal, Stripe, TringPay, or PayerURL. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or as part of a business reorganization subject to appropriate safeguards.

6. Retention and Security

We retain information only for as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, keep required business and payment records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the data type, account status, feature used, and legal requirements.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account access.

7. International Processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for these transfers.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or request a copy of your personal information, and to withdraw consent. You may also clear browser storage or stop using optional third-party services. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

9. Children

QRBatch is not directed to children under 13. Where local law requires a higher minimum age, a parent or guardian must provide valid consent. Contact us if you believe a child submitted personal information without authorization.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy when our services or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new update date.
