How to Use QRBatch

Using QRBatch to generate batch QR codes is very simple, just follow these steps:

1. Enter QR Code Data

2. Customize File Names

File Naming Options

You can customize the names for the generated QR code files. There are three naming methods:

  • Numerical order - Name files in sequence (such as 001, 002, 003)
  • QR code content - Use QR code content as the file name
  • Custom - Manually enter the name for each file

If you choose the "Custom" option, you need to enter the file name corresponding to each QR code in the text box, one per line.

3. Set QR Code Text Display

Text Label Settings

You can choose to add text labels above or below the QR code. There are two ways:

  • Use QR code content - Directly use QR code data as a label
  • Custom text - Specify different label text for each QR code

You can also add or remove line breaks to adjust how the text is displayed.

4. Adjust QR Code Settings

Basic Settings

In the "Basic" tab, you can adjust the following settings:

  • Transparent background - Choose whether to make the QR code background transparent
  • Resolution - Set the DPI value of the QR code (96-420)
  • QR code size - Adjust the pixel size of the QR code (100-1000 pixels)
  • QR code margin - Set the white margin around the QR code
  • Format - Choose output format (PNG, JPG or SVG)
  • Error correction level - Choose the error correction level of the QR code (Low, Medium-Low, Medium-High or High)

The system will calculate and display the actual size (pixels) and print size (centimeters) of the QR code in real time.

Color Settings

In the "Color" tab, you can customize:

  • QR code color - Set the color of the QR code pattern
  • Background color - Set the color of the QR code background
  • Font color - Set the color of the text label

All color changes will be displayed in real time in the preview area.

Logo Settings

5. Generate and Download QR Codes

After completing all settings, click the "Generate QR Codes" button to start batch creating QR codes. The generation process may take a few seconds to a few minutes, depending on the number and complexity of QR codes.

After generation is complete, you can:

  • Download each QR code individually
  • Download a ZIP file containing all QR codes

The system will temporarily save your generation records for 7 days, allowing you to download at any time.

Tips and Considerations

  • High error correction level can improve the QR code's resistance to damage, but will make the QR code pattern more complex
  • If you plan to use QR codes on a dark background, it is recommended to enable the transparent background option
  • SVG format is suitable for scenarios that require lossless scaling, such as printing large posters
  • When adding a Logo, it is recommended to use simple, high-contrast images and keep them at an appropriate size
  • When generating a large number of QR codes, if the loading time exceeds 3 minutes, you can refresh the page and download from the history record
